Step 2: Check the Camera Install Angle using the Mobile App

Search for “VisionAgent” in the Apple or Google Play store. Download and install the app. Once installed, launch the mobile app and log in with your account credentials.

Open the VisionAgent App. Allow Location and Bluetooth.

Enter the account/password (installer account provided by tracklogix). Make sure you select Fleet login, not Master Login.

Select "Search Dashcam”. Then, select Dashcam from list and confirm CDR # matches device.

Select ‘Save’ and ‘Yes’ if prompted to connect to device WIFI.

On Home screen, select Camera to enter the setting screen. Then, select the Outward camera and follow the installation guide.

When adjusting the outward camera’s viewing angle, make sure the vehicle is parked on level ground and the camera’s view is parallel to the ground.  The ground to sky ratio should be close to a 50/50 split. The area enclosed by the rectangle is processed by the ADAS engines. Please ensure this region has an unobstructed view of the road.

Select the Inward camera, then click to set Driver Location. Select “Left” for LHD, and “A” for camera location. Select “DONE”.

For the Driver Monitoring System (DMS) to function correctly, make sure there is a clear view of the driver being captured by the driver facing camera. For K265, select the “4 TVI camera”, click the box to set the TVI camera and other cameras.

9. Once Cameras adjustments are completed. Go to Home page and select “Disconnect”.  Camera adjustment completed.
