What should I do if I forget my TLX portal password?

Forgetting passwords happens to the best of us. If you find yourself unable to access your TLX portal account due to a forgotten password, there's no need to worry. This article will guide you through the steps to regain access to your TLX portal account and reset your password, ensuring a seamless experience with your fleet management tasks.

Step 1

Open the Telematics Guru mobile app or the web version https://tlx.telematics.guru 

Step 2

Click "Forgot Your Password?" or "Having Login Issues". Then enter your email address.

You will now be greeted with the following screen where you should enter new password, confirm it then enter a One Time Pin (OTP) from the Google Authenticator app that you used on initial credentials setup >> Continue
