The mobile device app can be configured so that when you have completed a trip a prompt is pushed to your phone asking you to select the trip type, either Personal or Business.
To enable this feature in the app to do this please do the follow:
- Email support@tracklogix.com.au requesting this feature to be enabled. Please let us know if you want the trips to default to personal or business and how many drivers there will be. If you purchased the Log Book kit this will have already been enabled.
- In the Telematic Guru app go to "Settings" in the bottom right.
- Toggle on both "Notifications" and "End Of Trip Notifications".
- While in the "Settings" scroll right to the bottom and set the "Trip History Period" you would like. We suggest the maximum setting of 45 days.
- Confirm you device allows the Telematic Guru app to push notifications to your device.
